I'm Zuzana, a dedicated Pilates instructor with expertise in mat, reformer.I am currently advancing my skills through a Diploma in Pilates to further enrich my practice in Clinical Pilates.
I am deeply committed to women's health advocacy and believe in the transformative effects movement, and healthy eating habits. Alongside my 200 RYS Yoga instructor certification. I am delighted to have you accompany me on this voyage of wellness, fitness, and self-discovery. In addition to my Pilates instruction. I am a Reiki practitioner, utilizing this ancient Japanese healing method to foster relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.
