As a young model, I was always skinny and effortlessly maintained my figure. However, everything changed when I turned 18 and returned from the enchanting world of Thailand. I found myself putting on extra weight, constantly fluctuating by 5 kg. It felt like a never-ending cycle of frustration and exhaustion. I was tired of working hard to be consistent, only to fall back into unhealthy habits. It was time for a change.

Moving to Australia was a turning point in my life. It provided me with a clean slate and an opportunity to start anew. Determined to regain control of my health and happiness, I embarked on a journey to establish a routine that would nourish my body and mind.
