My Pilates journey began a few years ago when I decided to prioritize my health and well-being. I had always been interested in fitness, but I was looking for something that would not only challenge my body but also improve my overall strength and flexibility. That's when I stumbled upon Pilates.
I started attending Pilates in classes at a local studio here in Australia and from the very first session, I was hooked. The combination of controlled movements, breathwork, and focus on core strength immediately resonated with me. I quickly realized that Pilates was not just a workout but a holistic approach to fitness and wellness.

I learned about the history and principles of Pilates, anatomy, and how to effectively teach and cue clients.
Now, as a Pilates instructor, I have the privilege of witnessing the transformative power of Pilates in others. It brings me joy to see my clients improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. I am constantly inspired by their dedication and progress.
Pilates has become an integral part of my life, both personally and professionally. It has taught me the importance of taking care of my body and mind, and it continues to challenge and motivate me every day. I am grateful for the journey I have embarked on and excited to see where it will take me next.
